  3. 0. DISKED is Freeware and always will be Freeware.

  5. 1. The DISKED executable can be distributed by anyone, by any means,
  6.    to anyone, anywhere, except to Shareware-for-profit organizations.

  8.    The DISKED source code can be distrubuted by anyone, by any
  9.    means, to anyone, anywhere, except where the code can be made
  10.    available for downloading by others unknown.

  12. 2. If you paid for DISKED (see exception below) you have contributed
  13.    to the wealth of someone who has nothing to do with this program.

  15. 3. The C Users' Group (CUG) is the sole organization that has the
  16.    right to charge money for DISKED (its source and executable
  17.    in one disk package for, as of 1994, $4.00US).  The CUG has been
  18.    a valuable C code archiver for as long as C has been a popular
  19.    programming language.

  21. 4. These "rules" will be removed in the near future when I shall
  22.    release all such restictions (except for the Shareware guys).

  24.    I just want DISKED to be in a suitable condition, codewise,
  25.    before I do this (the code ain't bad, it's just that I want
  26.    it to be somewhat better).
