<h2 align=center>Gateway to the world of communications</h2>
<p><dfn>Termite Internet</dfn> is an all-purpose communications package for the Acorn RISC OS range of computers. It gives you access to the a vast range of bulletin boards (<dfn>BBSs</dfn>) around the world, and to the biggest network of them all - the Internet.</p>
<p>You're using <dfn>Webite</dfn>, a demo version of Termite's <a href="WWW">Web browser</a>. Webite can only view pages from disc, not from the Internet, but the pages you're viewing at the moment should give you a good idea of how the <dfn>World Wide Web</dfn> works. Just click <em>select</em> on the blue underlined text to move to a new page containing information on what you clicked on. You can click on the round buttons too.</p>
<p>If you can, change into a high-resolution 256-colour display mode (such as mode 28 on Archimedes computers). The graphics you see on these pages and on the World Wide Web in general are designed for such displays.</a>
<p align=left><a href="BBS"><img src="imgs/butbbs" align=middle border=0 width=88 height=88></a> <a href="BBS">What have bulletin boards to offer me?</a></p>
<p>These demonstration pages are an expanded version of the Termite information available on the World Wide Web. If you do get Internet access, come see <em>http://www.doggysoft.co.uk/</em> for information on our other programs, information about us, a large area of Acorn cheating material, and our entire collection of public domain software available for download!</p>
