  1. To process test.tex:
  2.  
  3.   -  Delete the file mtest.ps (if it exists)
  4.   -  Run the file test.tex throught TeX
  5.   -  Run the resultant test.dvi through dvips
  6.   -  Move the file ps in the directory test to mtest
  7.   -  Rerun dvips on test.dvi.
  8.  
  9. The file test.correct is what test.ps should turn out like. 
  10. If it doesn't turn out right at all then there could well be
  11. a problem with your PostScript header (lpro) files.  If the
  12. accented Adobe PostScript font characters have not come out
  13. quite right then you probably have a problem with your
  14. virtual font (VF) files, and their corresponding metric
  15. (TFM) files.  Try to replace them with the complete set that
  16. come with dvips 5.55.
