  25. The symbols in this font are Viking Runes, and are shown as is most common, in the
  26. Germanic symbol representation. The order of the runes is generally accepted as being
  27. as is shown in the sprite file, reading from left to right. 
  28. If you load up the !Chars application on your computer, then this is the order in which 
  29. you will see the runes in the Rune Font. It may be easier to
  30. type the runes into your documents using !Chars, or you can print out a copy of the
  31. keyboard locations of the symbols from the sprite file.

  34. further reading, should you wish to know more about the subject :

  42. Thats just about enough from me ,  so install your new Rune Font !
  43.  1. Shift-double click on the !Boot directory, which should be on your hard drive. 
  44.  2. Find the Resources directory and double click on it.
  45.  3. Shift-double click on the !Fonts directory which should be in the Resources directory.
  46.  4. Copy the directory called Runes, from the floppy disk it is supplied on, into the
  47.     !Font directory.
  48.  5. Hey Presto !   Rune Font installed and ready to use.
  49.  
  50. One last word : due to the design of the font, it is only really looks good up to a size 
  51. of 32 pt. From 33 pt size and larger, thesymbols start looking a bit ropey. Moral of the 
  52. story, use a font size of 32 pt or less !
