  6. The fourth release... A total rewrite.

  8. Right, I've really gone to town this time. Everything has been improved in
  9. some way. I've added tons of new features, bug fixed old ones and basically
  10. tried to produce the ultimate music playing experience.

  12. Hopefully, I have succeeded.

  14. Unlike v0.03, this version should work on all computers, multisync monitor
  15. or (like me) hopeless standard monitor. I'm not sure about the RISC PC,
  16. however, there is no reason it shouldn't work. If you own a RISC PC and
  17. it fails, let me know what the error message was, and, if it occurs during
  18. initialisation, the last message displayed in the start-up window.

  20. !QTM prefers to be put in an area which it can write to, as it will
  21. save the tune history every time it is quit.

  23. This version has been mildly crunched in order to stop people nicking my
  24. code...

  26. Currently, all the plug-ins are by me. When (if) others appear, they are
  27. their authors responsibility, and have no connection with me.

  32. By running the software (!QTM and the associated applications), you agree
  33. to the following conditions:

  35. The software is FREEWARE, which means that it must be distributed in its
  36. original, unaltered form, and that the author has not given up his copyright
  37. on the software.
  38. The software may be distributed without royalty freely or with a reasonable
  39. charge (say no more than £2) to cover materials and handling.

  41. It may not be distributed via bulletin boards that use premium rate calls
  42. as a means of access (although those that charge a subscription may
  43. distribute it), as the author doesn't approve of that sort of thing, and
  44. the download cost will probably come to more than £2 anyway.

  47. damage caused by the use or misuse of the software, and does not guarantee
