  1. In September 1994 I sent off my £10.00 to SkyFall PD and became a member.
  2. I was supposed to receive 4 (four) catalogues plus 4 (four) bonus disks plus 4 (four) extra disks during the year - one set every 3 (three) months.

  4. Soon after I received issue 15 of the catalogue and 2 (two) disks.

  6. By February 1995 I had received nothing.  So I wrote to SkyFall PD, twice
  7. in that same month, each time under a certificate of posting.  SkyFall
  8. did not deign to reply to either letter.

  10. In March 1995 I finally managed to get through on the 'phone.  I was
  11. told that no catalogues/disks etc... had been sent out as there was
  12. no new PD around.  Well, thankfully I had discovered the DataFile at the
  13. back end of 1994.  I pointed out that there seemed to be plenty of new PD
  14. in Dave & Sue's catalogue.

  16. I wrote again - this time recorded delivery - to SkyFall PD asking for
  17. either the disks I should have had or my money back.

  19. Reply - none.

  21. If you want to be ripped off like me - then SkyFall PD is the organisation
  22. to turn to.

  24. Should SkyFall PD ever, at some time in the future, honour their commitment
  25. with regard to the disks etc... which they owe me or refund my money
  26. then I shall cease putting this message into the stuff I put into the
  27. PD 'pool'.

  29. If you've been ripped off by SkyFall PD (remember the name folks!) then
  30. please write to Archimedes World / AcornUser etc... and / or put a
  31. message like this into any proggies you send out.

  33. Oh - by the way - Skyfall PD may not in any way, shape or form distribute
  34. my programs etc...
