  12. The HQ-Tracker system is, in a nutshell, a powerful and FULLY programmable
  13. sound system (NOT "just another Tracker"), and this archive contains the
  14. music editor only. The concept of the system is to allow ordinary users to
  15. add to it's specification by writing software around the core system. It
  16. is also possible to incorporate sound and music into your own products AT
  17. NO EXTRA COST. HQ-Tracker is shareware, and Mycroft Software won't charge
  18. royalties if you incorporate it into your own programs.
