  2. Help for !Basic.
  3.  
  4. !Basic is a front-end for Basic programmers.
  5.  
  6. Clicking <Select> on the iconbar icon will drop you into Basic.
  7. Clicking <Menu> gives a selection of useful items.
  8. Clicking <Adjust> gives a list of installed Modules, and the
  9. opportunity to Kill some!
  10.  
  11. Dropping "Basic" type programs on the icon will drop you into
  12. Basic and list the program ( and sets the CSD to the source Dir).
  13.  
  14. Function Key F1 will list the program. F2 gives a LISTO3 listing,
  15. F5 will Run the program, F6 does a Crunch 31, F7 lists Modules, etc.
  16.  
  17. Dropping Directories/Applications on the icon will make them the CSD
  18. and will open their Filer Windows.
  19.  
  20. Dropping "Sprite" type files will give a list of options.
  21.  
  22. Other filetypes will be either "Typed" or "Dumped".

  25. N.B In all cases pressing function key F12 gets you back to the Desktop.
