  13.  Hello and welcome to the first release of NewComnds (v0.01ß).  This archive,
  14.  contains the source (C) and executables for a couple of new commands.  They
  15.  should be inserted into your library directory for easy access.  There will
  16.  be more where this came from including a password frontend for RISC OS 3+, a
  17.  serial port to serial port 2 way chat program and scripts for Hearsay II
  18.  and maybe a freeware personal organiser if I get the time as well as a number
  19.  of smaller releases in the same vein as these (maybe even some more commands).
  20.  You can mail me with request although I don't guarantee they will be written.
  21.  All code included is © AfterdArc Developments and is FREEWARE ie. It can be
  22.  copied but not charged for (you can charge for distribution).
  23.  On the subject of bugs (what in my programs ;-P), you should make a note of
  24.  the error, your machine specification, any applications loaded (including
  25.  modules and patches) and what you were doing when the program crashed.
  26.  You should send this information to me along with the version number and
  27.  name of my program.  I will then look at the report and see if the bug can
  28.  be fixed.  If it can it will then be released through DigiBank, so login there
  29.  for it.  The programs supplied have been tested on :

  36.  To use the programs supplied, the following syntax must be followed :

  38.  EchoC - Allows your obey files to echo messages in colour.
  39.  EchoC <colour no.> <message>
  40.  GetStrng - Allows input from user into OS variables in obey files.
  41.  GetStrng <message> <os variable>
  42.  
  43.  NB If <message> is longer than a single word it should be enclosed in speech
  44.  marks.
