  6.   MacroLife is CAREWARE. If you continue using the program, you are required
  7.   to register it. For each registration received, four pounds will be sent
  8.   to Motivation Charitable Trust, registered charity number 1014276.
  9.   Motivation designs inexpensive wheelchairs and organises their production
  10.   using local materials in countries which cannot afford commercial models.

  12.   How to register your copy of MacroLife
  13.   --------------------------------------
  14.   On registration, you will receive:
  15.  
  16.    * The latest version of MacroLife.
  17.    * A key file which will suppress the initial registration
  18.      message and enter your name in the Licence field.
  19.    * A library containing hundreds of amazing Life patterns.
  20.    * An illustrated manual.
  21.    * !LibForm, an application for creating Lifeform libraries.
  22.    * Free upgrades (on receipt of the original disc and return postage).
  23.  
  24.   To register, send a cheque for eight pounds to the address below.
  25.   If you are on the net, I can email you the files (without the printed
  26.   manual) for seven pounds.
  27.  
  28.   If you wish to use !MacroLife on a network, site licences cost an
  29.   additional sixteen pounds. Again, half of this goes to Motivation.
  30.  
  31.   Please make the cheque payable to Mr C.J.Taylor. If you prefer,
  32.   you can send two cheques, one made out to Motivation.

  53.   You may distribute copies of the UNREGISTERED version. This means that
  54.   you must delete the 'Registered' file from any copies which you make for
  55.   others to use. If you don't do this, then you are in breach of copyright.

  57.   In addition, you should ensure any copy which you distribute does not
  58.   contain a Choices file, and that the LifeForm directories contain only the
  59.   patterns with which the application was provided.

  61.   You may not sell any version of the program without my written permission.
  62.   Public Domain libraries may distribute the unregistered program provided
  63.   that any charge they make is only to cover media and postage costs.
