  1.  Running.

  3.  The program will run if the Help option in the Appl Menu item in the Filer
  4.  is clicked on,installing itself on the Iconbar.
  5.  
  6.  On start-up,it reads the files in the Docs Directory and puts the names
  7.  into a Menu along with the standard Info and Quit options.
  8.  
  9.  If the Docs Directory has been Deleted,or is empty,the Menu will consist of
  10.  only Info and Quit options.
  11.  
  12.  If SELECT or ADJUST is clicked on the Iconbar icon,the !Info.!Help file
  13.  will be displayed.This is the same as selecting the Help option from the
  14.  !Info icon Menu in the Filer.
  15.  
  16.  MENU on the iconbar icon will show,
  17.  
  18.  Info     Standard Information window about !Info.
  19.  names    A list of the files found in the Docs Directory.
  20.  Quit     Standard Quit option.

  22.  Clicking on any of the names options will open that file in !Edit,or
  23.  whatever Text editor you are using.
