  13. Rob Kolstad first brought up the idea of implementing notesfiles
  14. on UNIX.
  15. Malcolm Slaney and Brian Redman 
  16. both used the program before it was close to being ready and
  17. offered numerous suggestions and corrections.
  18. Lou Salkind and Rick Spickelmier
  19. put much effort into
  20. generalizing the command parsing and adding
  21. features I've forgotten to mention.
  22. Tw Cook first implemented USENET-compatible headers for
  23. the notesfile/news gateway.
