- Bitmap texture

- The sprites for the bitmap texture should have no pallette.
- You can check and change this in !Paint.
- Go into the edit menue of!Paint and disable Palette if the
- sprite has a palette.

- The sprite is always scaled to the unit of 1. This is the
- standard size of the grid in the !MerlinEd.

- Sky texture 1

- As the sky texture takes a lot of time you should trace the
- objects with sky texture seperatly from the other objects, when
- you want to check only if the parameters are ok.
- For this use the "hide" option.
- An object that is hidden will not be traced.

- Sky texture 2

- If you want to have a sky with clouds on it you will use a plane with
- the sky texture on it. But you must take into account that planes have
- also a direction and they look upwards when created.
- So you must turn them by 180° if you look from underneath.
- You should also set backgound colour to blue in the environment window.
