  12. ENTJs have a natural tendency to assume control of groups.  This may be
  13. expressed with the charm and finesse of a world leader or, at the other
  14. extreme, with the insensitivity of a cult leader.  The ENTJ requires little
  15. encouragement to make a plan.  One ENTJ put it this way... "I make these
  16. little plans that really don't have any importance to anyone else, and then
  17. feel compelled to carry them out."  Not all ENTJs may be as driven,
  18. nevertheless the bent to plan creatively is common to NJ types.

  20. ENTJs are often "larger than life" in describing their projects or proposals.
  21. A friend once told me that he was agog at the description one ENTJ was
  22. expounding of a particular gathering.  Then my friend realized that he
  23. himself had been at that gathering and had found it rather ordinary!

  25. TRADEMARK: --  "I'm really sorry you have to die."  (I realize this is an
  26. overstatement.  However, most F's, and other gentle souls, usually chuckle
  27. knowingly when I suggest this description.)

  29. ENTJs are decisive, often on behalf of other people.  Few of other types can
  30. equal their ability to remain resolute in conflict, sending the valiant (and
  31. often 'leading the charge') 'into the mouth of hell.'  When challenged, the
  32. ENTJ may by reflex become argumentative.  Alternatively (s)he may fix one
  33. with an icy gaze that serves notice: the ENTJ is not one to be trifled with.
