Penny Brown is a photographer and artist born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, in 1951. She studied at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Art degree in 1995.
Scope and content
The work consists of a sealed glass jar, 19 cm high and 11 cm diameter, containing water and a disposable underwater camera with film.
