Jane Cameron is a painter, printmaker, and artist in mixed media, born in 1961 in Superior, Wisconsin. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bethel College, St. Paul, and a Minnesota, in 1983, a Bachelor of Fine Art from Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design, Vancouver, in 1992, and British Columbia Teacher's Certification, British Columbia College of Teachers, in 1996.

The collection consists of several numbered and lettered items, including: B and C, two artificial fruit: an apple and cluster of grapes, K, one #7 wrapped package, scented soap, titled "Karma," D, seventeen dried chili peppers in a glass jar, E, sand from Kitsilano Beach, Vancouver, in a glass jar, H 1, an text by Cameron in a ziploc bag with petals, D-1#1,-book of artist's writings and journal in a ziploc bag, A-2 #2, a statement, and collection of artist's resource material in large ziploc bag, X-1 #3, twelve colour slides of Cameron's art work, including paintings, prints and mixed-media 1992-196, in a plastic sleeve in a large ziploc bag, S-2 #4, a Polaroid print of Lisa [--], and graphic material given by Lisa [--] to Cameron, including nine etchings, photocopies, and other graphic material in a large ziploc bag, T-1 #5, pieces of various cloth that Cameron has collected, together with photocopies of portraits in a large ziploc bag, E-4 #6, seashells, beach glass, pinecone, and photoprints of beach scenes in large ziploc bag, one compact disk recording of the Tragically Hip, "trouble @ Henhouse," #16, a music box, and as well, five books: #9, "Heart of Darkness," by Joseph Conrad, #10, "Penelope's Voyages" by Karen R.
