Surjit Mehat is a painter born in 1970 in White Rock, British Columbia. He studied from 1990-1993 at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design, where he received a Diploma in Fine Arts, and at Langara Community College 1988-1990, where he again received a Diploma in Fine Arts.
Scope and content
The book consists of a black ring binder with colour photocopies of the artist's paintings in acrylic, and several photoprints of 'facial compositions' by the artist.
