  1. Welcome to the Microsoft knowledge base.  To locate an article,

  4. 1) Get the index.txt file, which contains the titles of all articles
  5.    in the tree.

  7. 2) Scan it (possibly using text searches) for the article(s) of 
  8.    interest, and make a note of the article number.  For example:

  10.    Q92398.txt
  11.    Q100313.txt
  12.  
  13. 3) "Get" the desired articles.  The directory format is consistent,
  14.    right-justified:

  16.    ftp> GET Q92/3/98.txt Q92398.txt
  17.    ftp> GET Q100/3/13.txt Q100313.txt
