  2. TERMS OF SALE: I-APL FOR THE APPLE MACINTOSH - Version 1.1

  5. I-APL is an ISO/ANSI/BSI conforming APL interpreter for 
  6. educational and home use. It is becoming available on many home 
  7. and school microcomputers. This order form is for IAPL/Mac only.

  9. MACHINES SUITABLE FOR IAPL/Mac
  10.  
  11. IAPL/Mac runs on the Apple Macintosh only. It needs a Mac-Plus
  12. or later model. It has been tested on the Classic, SE, SE/30,
  13. LC and some configurations of the Mac II.
  14.  
  15. If it turns out that your machine will not run IAPL/Mac please 
  16. return the goods in perfect condition and original packing and 
  17. we will refund the sale price, but not the postage and packing 
  18. charge.  If IAPL will not run on your machine, please try the 
  19. disk on another Macintosh before returning it to us. We will 
  20. replace faulty disks if you return the disk and enclose return 
  21. postage.

  23. COPYRIGHT AND PROTECTION

  25. I-APL Ltd retains ownership of the copyright of all the 
  26. material on the disk. You are strictly prohibited from selling 
  27. it or using it for direct commercial gain. To do commercial 
  28. work with APL you will need one of the fast and powerful 
  29. commercial APLs with filing systems and large workspaces. 
  30. There is no copy protection on this disk or any of the files 
  31. it contains. You may copy the complete disk and give it away. 
  32. Please do not allow altered copies to circulate. The manuals 
  33. are all available separately and we encourage you to buy them 
  34. to go with copies; they are much cheaper than the cost of 
  35. photocopies.

  37. You will need help and encouragement while you are learning APL. 
  38. There are several APL user groups that hold regular meetings and
  39. publish newsletters. SIGAPL sponsors an annual APL conference and
  40. publishes a journal, Quote-Quad. APL News covers APL products and 
  41. activities around the world, including programming and education.
  42. Renaissance Data Systems sells all APL books in print. If you received
  43. this disk from I-APL in California, further information was included 
  44. with your order. Otherwise, write to the address below for the latest
  45. information.
