  22. When running Windows 3.0, do you have a problem deciding which  of your
  23. word processors should handle a given .DOC file ?  Do you want to run a
  24. .BAT file, or would you prefer to view it first ?

  26. Second Chance lets you associate multiple candidate application 
  27. programs with a given suffix.  Second Chance opens your Windows  by
  28. spawning the application of your choice when you click on a given data
  29. file.  The new version 2.00 has an Options menu which simplifies making
  30. and breaking associations.
