  5. DEFINITION OF SHAREWARE

  7. Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software
  8. before buying it. If you try a Shareware program and continue
  9. using it, you are expected to register. OFF THE WALL SOFTWARE,
  10. (Theodore F. Wall) requires you to register this application
  11. after you continue to use ACCESSES for a maximum of 30 days.
  12. With registration, you get the right to use ACCESSES without
  13. the "Please Register Screens", and the right to update to
  14. future versions of ACCESSES in the Windows 3.0 or 3.1
  15. environment.  Major upgrades to Windows that require a
  16. significant change to ACCESSES may require an additional
  17. nominal registration fee to current ACCESSES registration
  18. holders if they want to use the major upgrade version.

  20. Shareware has the ultimate money-back guarantee -- if you
  21. don't use the product, you don't pay for it.

  23. ACCESSES is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge
  24. to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your
  25. friends, and copy to bulletin boards, but do not give it away
  26. altered or as part of another system.

  29. ACCESSES and continue to use ACCESSES after a reasonable trial
  30. period of no more than 30 days, then you must make a

  33. computer at any one time.  You must treat this software just like
  34. a book.  An example is that this software may be used by any
  35. number of people and may be freely moved from one computer
  36. location to another, so long as there is no possibility of it
  37. being used at one location while it's being used at another.
  38. Just as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the
  39. same time.

  42. first contact OFF THE WALL SOFTWARE at the address below for
  43. authorization.  This authorization will be automatically
  44. granted to distributors recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to
  45. its guidelines for shareware distributors, and such distributors
  46. may begin offering ACCESSES immediately (However OFF THE WALL
  47. SOFTWARE must still be advised so that the distributor can be
  48. kept up-to-date with the latest version of ACCESSES.).
