  15. ----------------------
  16. ACHART is a Windows 3.0 program which displays a character 
  17. chart in the form of a 16x16 table. The following variations may
  18. be displayed:

  20.         IBM PC character set. Smiley faces and all.
  21.  
  22.         ANSI character set using names (NUL, SOH, STX, etc.) for
  23.         the control characters.
  24.  
  25.         ANSI character set using (^A, ^B, ^C, etc) for the control
  26.         characters.
  27.  
  28.         EBCDIC character set. Everytime I see this I can't help
  29.         but wonder what drugs they were using that would make
  30.         breaking up the alphabetic characters seem like a good
  31.         idea. A really remarkable encoding that everyone should
  32.         be familiar with.

  34.         Default Palette selection in Charset menu. OK, this isn't a
  35.         Charset. Too bad. The default palette is what you get if you
  36.         specify colors in a Windows program using PALETTEINDEX(num)
  37.         without first having created a logical palette.
