  13.     So what DOES make Mission Impossible such a great board? Well, for
  14.     one thing, it's the sheer size of the board. Three nodes online, 1
  15.     GIGABYTE of disk space and growing all the time....

  17.     Where many boards have 1000 or so files to download,  Mission
  18.     Impossible currently has around 14,000 - with 1000 new ones being
  19.     added every *month*.  Imagine: 25 to 30 new files every DAY! Our
  20.     target is 25,000 files and we have the space and the resource to
  21.     meet that target.

  23.     Where many boards have 300 or so users,  Mission Impossible has
  24.     well over 3300 at the time of writing - and around 250 new users
  25.     join every month.  Many of them are computer professionals who are
  26.     willing and able to answer your software and hardware queries.

  29.     Mission Impossible has 6500 new messages every *4 weeks*. Many are
  30.     serious, many are frivolous, but all are entertaining.

  38.     will have it.  If not, new files are downloaded from the USA every
  39.     week and Subscribers are able to make requests for special files
  40.     that they would like "importing" from the USA.

  49.     Mission Impossible is the board for you.  The software used is
  50.     Wildcat: renowned for its simplicity of use as well as its power
  51.     and flexibility. And everyone is warmly welcomed, whether they
  52.     call dozens of boards each week or whether Mission Impossible is
  53.     the very first board they have ever called!

  55.     Remember, three nodes of Mission Impossible are entirely free!
  56.     They offer uses access to almost all of the facilites that we
  57.     provide and there are no fees for access to nodes 2,3 and 4 at all.

  60.     especially during peak times.  But subscribers get their own
  61.     uncrowded node - and the promise of further subscriber-only nodes
  62.     if the first one gets too busy.  Subscribers also enjoy NO file
  63.     ratios: there is absolutely no need to upload in order to download
  64.     (although uploads earn yet more benefits and privileges).  And
  65.     subscribers get one hour of online time a day, 1 megabyte of
  66.     downloads a day and, of course, access to those "hot" files direct
  67.     from the States.

  70.     thereabouts.  For access to so much hardware and software
  71.     assistance and for access to so many Public Domain and Shareware
