  9. PCODE123.EXE    <--- Actual running file
  10. PHCODE  .HLP    <--- Help file
  11. PHCODE  .NDX    <--- Help index
  12. PHCODE  .WRI    <--- Documentation (Please read!)
  13. STLIST  .DAT    <--- Valid state and provinces
  14.  
  15. If any of the files are missing, please do not run PhoneCode.
  16.  
  17. To install PhoneCode, simply copy all the files into a single directory and 
  18. run the program from the File Manager or add it to the Program Manager by 
  19. selecting New from the File menu and entering the path + \PCODE123.EXE. 
  20. (Example C:\WINDOWS\PHCODE\PCODE123.EXE)
