  2.  HELPMATE, the Toolboxes on-line help system, looks
  3.  for its' text files in \HELP a subdirectory of the
  4.  current disk directory. If you want to store these
  5.  files somewhere else, you can redirect HelpMate by
  6.  setting a variable in the MS-DOS environment, e.g.

  8.       SET HELP=C:\BASIC\PROGRAMS\HELPMATE
  9.  
  10.  If there is sufficient environment space available
  11.  you can also do this from inside a program as this
  12.  menu option demonstrates.
