  5. This example demonstrates the SCROLL procedure which
  6. allows you to clear all or part of a rectangular area
  7. of the screen to the colour attribute of your choice.
  8.  
  9. The text within the specified rectangle is scrolled up
  10. or down by however many rows you want and, if scrolled
  11. outside of the rectangle, is replaced by blank lines
  12. in the colour specified.
  13.
