  1. We had so many files describing how to get around the dumb way that
  2. BASIC "protects" files that I decided to combine them in this ARC.

  4. Here are the four files:

  6. BASUPROT ARC      429 - A COM file to do the job
  7. UNPROTCT PAT     3584 - Patching the interpreter (BASICA or GW) to ignore it.
  8. UNPROTCT IBM      768 - Straight-forward removal from a BAS file with "LOAD".
  9. UNPRO    ARC      317 - Similar "LOAD" method with a sample
