  13.   This is the GIF check program I mentioned on the net. It was
  14. originally a scanner, author unknown. I hacked it a bit to add a -q
  15. option to cut the volume of the report down. With the use of that option
  16. it is useful to check the validity of a GIF, since most errors will be
  17. noted during the analysis.
