- 1. Short Intro to DLIB
- 2. DLIB is a disc library or system and is designed to enable
- accurate disc records to be kept.
-
- 3. The idea behind the system is to use the LABEL command to label
- each of your discs with some unique Identification, ie 1,2,3 etc
- then when you use DLIB the program will read and sort all of
- your files into alphabetical order and give search functions
- 1. The files may be sorted in File, Date or Disc Label order
-
- 4. This is the Beta version so it may well fall over from time to
- time, this is why it is being released for all to use. All I ask
- is that you report any problems or suggetions that you may have.
- to Tudor Barker on Valentes BBs on 0305 251830 - 0305 251489

-
- 5. The system does not at present recognize sub directories, as my
- library system does'nt use them. I'm not sure if I shall include
- a Sub directory recognition system, I'll wait and see what the
- demand is.
-
- 6. The print out only caters for IBM or Epson type printers using
- 66 line paper 11 Inch.
-
- 7. BROWSE
- when browsing the library :
- use the cursor keys to move UP, Down, and ACROSS
- press Ctrl Page up for the 1st record
- press Ctrl Page down for the end
- press Ctrl Home for Left side
- press Ctrl End for right side
- Use F7 to search for a given field.
