- LOCATION: Accessories Menu
- PURPOSE : Access RCMENU's include utilities
- Use the cursor keys to highlight the desired option and
- press <Enter> to select.
- FILES AVAILABLE:
- Rossadex: Phone/Address Database for multiple users
- Text Viewer: Views ASCII text files on screen
- Client Tracker: Unavailable in Shareware
- Calendar: Unavailable in Shareware

- LOCATION: DOS Command Menu
- PURPOSE : Executes DOS commands from within the Shell
- Unavailable in Shareware

- LOCATION: Application Listing
- PURPOSE : Display available files on each user created menu
- On the right of the screen a list
- of programs is displayed. Each
- may be executed from this screen.
- Use the cursor keys to highlight, or
- begin typing the program name to
- select. Press <Enter> to Execute!
- HOT KEYS:
- <Ins> Adds a program to the menu
- <Del> Deletes a program from the
- menu
- <Esc> Returns to Menu Listing
- <Esc> Exits Help

- LOCATION: Program Entry Form
- PURPOSE : Enters program information to RCMENU so
- the program may be executed from the menu.
- Enter the program information at each prompt as it pertains
- to each application you wish to display on the menu.
- PLEASE NOTE: the path must be entered in the format
- containing the initial backslash, i.e.
- DRIVE: C:
- PATH: \WORK
- DRIVE: C

- LOCATION: Applications Menu Form.
- PURPOSE : Create various menu headers
- Enter a Menu Name as you would like it displayed on the
- main screen. A scrolling list of available menus will be
- created.
- It is possible a user may see The Menu Form as the first
- screen on RCMENU's first use. Since there are no menus
- until the user creates one, RCMENU is prompting entry of
- a menu name.

- PURPOSE : List and allow selection of user created menus.
- Access RCMENU Utilities.
- *On the left side of the screen a
- list of existing menus will be
- *displayed.
- *Use the cursor keys to scroll the
- *listing. <Enter> Selects a menu
- *and displays it.
- 5HOT KEYS
- *<Ins> Adds a new menu to the list
- *<Del> Deletes an existing menu.
- 0BEWARE: Deleting a menu will
- 2also delete any program
- 2information on the menu.
- *<F2> Accesses Utilities

- PURPOSE : Permit access to Utilities and Custom Features
- Use the cursor keys to highlight available options.

- PURPOSE : Allow RCMENU to be customized to user preference
- In the Shareware version, only the Greeting may be
- customized. Press <Enter> to select.

- PURPOSE : Create Address/Phone database
- To select, use cursor keys and press <Enter>.
- MENU ITEMS:
- User List: Creates and maintains available books for
- Rossadex
- Card Files: Accesses available address/phone databases
- Reports: Print a database listing
- Exit: Return to RCMENU

- LOCATION: Rossadex User Entry/Edit Form
- PURPOSE : Create/Edit Users for Rossadex Database
- Enter the user name as you wish it to be displayed on
- screen and in printed reports. A specific database will
- be created for each user; hence, each user has his/her
- own address/phone book.

- LOCATION: Rossadex User Table
- PURPOSE : Diplays existing users allowing selection
- of a specific address/phone book
- HOT KEYS
- <Ins> Adds a new user to the list
- <Del> Deletes a user. BEWARE: deleting a user will
- prohibit access to any addresses listed under that
- users name.
- <Enter> In Edit mode (Selected User list from Rossadex Menu)
- the <Enter> key will edit existing users names.
- In Lookup mode (Pulled when accessing Card Files)
- the <Enter> key will select a user database for
