  2.  LOCATION:  Accessories Menu
  3.  PURPOSE :  Access RCMENU's include utilities
  4.  Use the cursor keys to highlight the desired option and

  6.  FILES AVAILABLE:
  7. Rossadex:  Phone/Address Database for multiple users 
  8. Text Viewer:  Views ASCII text files on screen
  9.  Client Tracker:  Unavailable in Shareware
  10. Calendar:  Unavailable in Shareware

  13.  LOCATION:  DOS Command Menu
  14.  PURPOSE :  Executes DOS commands from within the Shell

  18.   LOCATION:  Application Listing
  19.   PURPOSE :  Display available files on each user created menu
  20. On the right of the screen a list
  21. of programs is displayed.  Each
  22. may be executed from this screen.
  23. Use the cursor keys to highlight, or
  24. begin typing the program name to
  25. select.  Press <Enter> to Execute!
  26. HOT KEYS:
  27. <Ins> Adds a program to the menu
  28. <Del> Deletes a program from the
  29.      menu
  30. <Esc> Returns to Menu Listing
  31. <Esc> Exits Help

  33.  LOCATION:  Program Entry Form
  34.  PURPOSE :  Enters program information to RCMENU so
  35. the program may be executed from the menu.
  36.  Enter the program information at each prompt as it pertains
  37.  to each application you wish to display on the menu.
  38.  PLEASE NOTE:  the path must be entered in the format
  39. containing the initial backslash, i.e.
  40. DRIVE:  C:

  46.   LOCATION:  Applications Menu Form.
  47.   PURPOSE :  Create various menu headers
  48.   Enter a Menu Name as you would like it displayed on the
  49.   main screen.  A scrolling list of available menus will be 
  50.   created.
  51.   It is possible a user may see The Menu Form as the first  
  52.   screen on RCMENU's first use.  Since there are no menus
  53.   until the user creates one, RCMENU is prompting entry of  
  54.   a menu name.

  57.   LOCATION:  Main Menu
  58.   PURPOSE :  List and allow selection of user created menus.
  59. Access RCMENU Utilities.
  60.  *On the left side of the screen a
  61. list of existing menus will be
  62.  *displayed.
  63.  *Use the cursor keys to scroll the
  64.  *listing.  <Enter> Selects a menu
  65.  *and displays it.

  68.  *<Del> Deletes an existing menu.
  69.  0BEWARE:  Deleting a menu will

  76.   PURPOSE :  Permit access to Utilities and Custom Features

  81.  PURPOSE :  Allow RCMENU to be customized to user preference

  86.  LOCATION:  Rossadex Main Menu
  87.  PURPOSE :  Create Address/Phone database
  88.  To select, use cursor keys and press <Enter>.

  90. User List:  Creates and maintains available books for  
  91. Rossadex
  92. Card Files:  Accesses available address/phone databases 
  93. Reports:  Print a database listing
  94. Exit:  Return to RCMENU

  97.   LOCATION:  Rossadex User Entry/Edit Form
  98.   PURPOSE :  Create/Edit Users for Rossadex Database
  99.   Enter the user name as you wish it to be displayed on
  100.   screen and in printed reports.  A specific database will  
  101.   be created for each user; hence, each user has his/her
  102.   own address/phone book.

  105.   LOCATION:  Rossadex User Table
  106.   PURPOSE :  Diplays existing users allowing selection
  107. of a specific address/phone book
  108. HOT KEYS
  109.   <Ins> Adds a new user to the list
  110.   <Del> Deletes a user.  BEWARE:  deleting a user will
  111. prohibit access to any addresses listed under that  
  112. users name.
  113. <Enter> In Edit mode (Selected User list from Rossadex Menu)
  114. the <Enter> key will edit existing users names.
  115. In Lookup mode (Pulled when accessing Card Files)
  116. the <Enter> key will select a user database for
