- filec is a file completion utility. This is another version developed
- from the original concept, and should not be confused with filec12, also
- developed to provide the same service.
-
-
- I asked the submitter about this, here's the answer:
-
- moderator>How does this differ from the recent filec12?
-
- Hardly at all. I developed filec over a year ago and recently sent it
- to you, and in the mean time filec12 turned up. They both have the same
- name and even the same version numbers but were written entirely
- independently!
-
- There are a couple of minor differences including
-
- My filec has a popup window option which filec12 doesn't.
-
- Filec12 supports ^D type lists which mine doesn't.
-
- Some of the command line args are different and ofcourse the
- doc files are not exactly the same.
