  1. At the request of sysops, we have placed all the individual FILES.BBS files
  2. for each directory under \DOS and \WIN in the \FILESBBS\DOS and \FILESBBS\WIN
  3. subdirectories, renaming them to match the subdirectory names under \DOS and
  4. \WIN.  For example, the FILES.BBS file for \DOS\GRAPHICS is called GRAPHICS.BBS
  5.  
  6. We hope that this will make it easier for sysops to access those files.

  8. We have also had some sysops and others indicate that they need the combined
  9. FILES.BBS file which we normally place in the root directory. If we run out
  10. of space on the CD, we may have to delete that file. The program COMBINE.EXE
  11. in this directory allows you to easily recreate it from the individual files
  12. by running the COMB_BBS.BAT file and providing a destination file name.
  13.  
  14. (Note: The COMB_BBS.BAT file is customized for combining all the *.BBS files
  15. in this directory branch of this CD-ROM. For combining other files, run
  16. COMBINE.EXE directly and follow the prompts. COMBINE.EXE will combine multiple
  17. text files, putting a blank line between each and a header line above each
  18. with the name of the file. If you add text as a third parameter, such as DOS\,
  19. it will be appended to the front of the file name on the header lines.)
