  1. To use the sample:

  3. Either recomplile the Timing.vbp as an activeX exe 
  4. making it binary compatible with the current Timing.exe,
  5. OR
  6. Run Timing.exe with the flag /regserver on the command line
  7. to register it.
  8.  
  9. Then open TimeSamp.vbp in Visual Basic and run it.
