  24. There is a very useful, optional hypertext-type program for browsing
  25. this information file under MS-DOS and Unix.  It is by Rhys
  26. Weatherley rhys@fit.qut.edu.au who was a joint maintainer of this
  27. list until the 30th of December 1994 when we stepped down because of
  28. time limitations.  My sincere thanks to Rhys for all he has done.
