  8.     In LS 231 you mentioned that you
  9. didn't know that "The Enhanced
  10. Sidplayer", would display graphics.
  11. Thought I would send you a couple of
  12. other little known items about this
  13. player.
  14.  
  15.   * It will play songs in the order
  16. you selected. Even if you select a few
  17. & then select All.
  18.  
  19.   * If words for the song are being
  20. displayed & you want to see who
  21. arranged the SID, press <W>.
  22.  
  23.   * If a picture is being displayed
  24. and you want to see who arranged the
  25. SID, press <P>.

  27.   * The Menu displays 3 rows of 17
  28. (51) Music titles. If there are more
  29. on the disk it will go to a second or
  30. third Menu page. You then use the
  31. SPACEBAR to cycle to the Menu page you
  32. want.

  34.   * If both a picture and words for a
  35. song are being displayed, you can see
  36. who arranged the SID by pressing <W>.
  37. If you press <P> instead, you will get
  38. to see the entire picture.

  52.     LOADSTARites -- you, too, can
  53. create music/words/bitmap graphic
  54. extravaganzas with ENHANCED SIDPlayer.
  55. Just collect the songs in .MUS and
  56. .WDS files. Then find some pictures
  57. you like. Use STBPRINT to convert
  58. High-Res graphics to Doodle and
  59. Multi-Color to Koala formats. Name the
  60. resulting file

  64. (where "file" is the same as the name
  65. of the music and words).

  67.     That's all there is to it. If you
  68. have The Compleat LOADSTAR CD-ROM, you
  69. have a tremendous collection of
  70. graphics to work with. Compile your
  71. own program and let us see it!
