  10.     While I am writing this, about 125
  11. nativities of our family collection
  12. are on display at our church. As you
  13. will learn in the presentation, my
  14. mother collected these figurines for
  15. over 20 years, and had over 200
  16. different creches.
  17.  
  18.     Before moving from Virginia to New
  19. Mexico, Mom gave away some of her
  20. collection to friends. But since then,
  21. Sheri and I -- and my sister, Jane --
  22. have added new items.
  23.  
  24.     Since we live in Holly --
  25. Colorado's Christmas City -- we have
  26. exhibited a portion of the collection
  27. for two years now. People are amazed
  28. at how many different and interesting
  29. ways artists depict this traditional
  30. scene.

  32.     If you are not into Christianity,
  33. take a look anyway. Christians have
  34. done a lot of rotten things in the
  35. name of the Holy -- but that's not the
  36. fault of this baby!
