Combine the garlic, ginger, ground coriander, vinegar, sugar, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Shell & de-vein the shrimp. Slit the shrimp down the back, rub in the spices, and marinate for 4 hours. Heat the oil in a large pan until it is very hot. Fry the shrimp for about 5 minutes, turning them once or twice, until they are pink and lightly browned. Serve with rice.{$7e}(Original recipe for 4)
