  10. This program is contained in all of
  11. the recent editions of PowerPlay
  12. and Commodore Microcomputers
  13. Magazines.
  14.  
  15.  
  16.   MAGAZINE ENTRY PROGRAM is a
  17.  
  18. machine language program to assist
  19.  
  20. you in typing in listings from POWER
  21.  
  22. PLAY and Microcomputers magazine.
  23.  
  24. To use the 64 version of the program,
  25.  
  26. type in the following:
  27.  
  28.    LOAD "MAG ENTRY 64",8
  29.    RUN
  30.  
  31. After the program has installed itself
  32.  
  33. in memory (this takes a few minutes),
  34.  
  35. the program will tell you everything
  36.  
  37. is OK.  Then type SYS 49152 and you're
  38.  
  39. ready to start typing.
  40.  
  41.  
  42.   This program will help prevent most
  43.  
  44. 'typos' that occur when typing in
  45.  
  46. listings.  The key is the apostrophe
  47.  
  48. and the four letters that follow it.
  49.  
  50. This is a code that says what should
  51.  
  52. be on the program line.  If there is
  53.  
  54. something wrong with the line you
  55.  
  56. typed (misspelling, extra characters,
  57.  
  58. etc.), an error message will be
  59.  
  60. printed out.  Remember that you MUST
  61.  
  62. enter the five characters at the end
  63.  
  64. of the program line!  You will get an
  65.  
  66. error message if you try to enter a
  67.  
  68. program line without those 5
  69.  
  70. characters.

  77. you, there's no need for you to run
  78.  
  79. MAGAZINE ENTRY from LOADSTAR.  We have
