  25. Crichton, world famous author and

  27. filmmaker.  He is best known for his
  28.  
  29. novels 'The Andromeda Strain', 'The
  30.  
  31. Terminal Man', and for his films
  32.  
  33. 'Coma', and 'The Great Train Robbery'.

  35.      You start your adventure in the
  36.  
  37. Communications Control Room at
  38.  
  39. National Satellite Resource
  40.  
  41. Technology, a top-secret, high-tech
  42.  
  43. research consulting firm. You watch
  44.  
  45. your screen as the dreadful news
  46.  
  47. arrives.  The expedition your were
  48.  
  49. hired to help has perished.  After
  50.  
  51. briefing, you find your friend Paco,
  52.  
  53. an intelligent, witty, and sometimes
  54.  
  55. rude parrot. You proceed to search for
  56.  
  57. the lost city of Chak where you are to
  58.  
  59. find the emeralds needed for national
  60.  
  61. defense purposes.  You must avoid such

  63. things as jaguars, snakes, alligators,

  65. volcanos, and cannibals on your way to

  67. preserving world peace.

  69.      The graphics are state-of-the-art

  71. and there are a few special effects

  73. added to liven up the game.  You may

  75. be asked to re-insert disk A of which

  77. there are four (two double sided).

  81. your joystick.  The action scenes are

  83. quite simple, but they serve to add
