- This is a small program which allows
-
- you to change screen colors while a
-
- BASIC program is running.
-
- By pressing the back arrow key (top-
-
- left of keyboard) you can make the
-
- program halt execution. While the
-
- program is halted, the function keys
-
- (F1,F3, and F5) control such things as
-
- screen color, border color, and text
-
- color. When you press F7, the program
-
- resumes execution. To de-activate
-
- COLORRUPTOR, you have to press the
-
- RUN/STOP and RESTORE keys at the same
-
- time.
-
- This program interferes with the
-
- working of LOADSTAR. If you attempt
-
- to RUN this program from LOADSTAR, you
-
- will be unable to do so. If you want
-
- to RUN this program from BASIC,
-
- just do the following:
-
-
- LOAD"COLORRUPTOR",8 <RETURN>
- RUN <RETURN>
-
-
- When you do this, the program will
-
- pause for a little and then the
-
- 'READY.' prompts will appear. The
-
- COLORRUPTOR is then installed. If you
-
- LOAD and RUN a program, you should
-
- be able to use the controls mentioned
-
- above.

- LOADSTAR has relieved you from the
-
- burden of keying in this program. For
-
- more complete information about this
-
- program, refer to the March 1985 issue
-
- of PowerPlay.
