  21.        Cost to register is $25 which is usually submitted by prepaid

  25.        To register, select the menu option PRINT ORDER FORM on the main 
  26.        menu; follow the directions to input your mailing address and 
  27.        required disk format (5.25 or 3.5 inch diskettes). Your printer 
  28.        will automatically insert this information on the order form and 
  29.        then print the form. If you prefer to print the order form from 
  30.        the DOS command line, just type the word ORDER. The actual order 
  31.        form is contained within the file ORDER.FRM. If you do not have 
  32.        a printer, simply handprint your name, address, required disk 
  33.        size on a sheet of paper and enclose payment.

  35.        Corporate, government and educational site and LAN licenses are 
  36.        available. Custom programming or adaptations of this tutorial 
  37.        for corporate or business training are available. Special 
  38.        advertising messages can be inserted for computer resellers 
  39.        installing PC-Learn on hard drive equipped computers, a frequent 
  40.        request. Corporate users may you want to add something about 
  41.        LAN operation, use of laptops by sales personnel, the layout of 
  42.        company spreadsheet templates, etc. Special arrangements are 
  43.        available for non-profit users such as job training centers and 
  44.        minority education programs.

  46.        If you are new to computers you may not have heard the term 
  47.        SHAREWARE. Basically this means an author or group has prepared 
  48.        a software program which you are free to copy and share with 
  49.        others, but the author of this software requests a REGISTRATION 
  50.        FEE. The idea is that if the program is useful you evaluate it 
  51.        for a limited period (usually 30 days) and then become a legally 
  52.        registered user of the program by paying the registration fee. 
  53.        If you do not wish to register, you are expected to cease using 
  54.        the program. Shareware is an honor system which means try before
  55.        you buy. Paid registration is an expectation if the program is 
  56.        used beyond a short evaluation period.

  58.        Installation of this shareware tutorial on computers for resale 
  59.        by computer stores and VAR's is encouraged. A single copy 
  60.        payment ($25.00) is required for this use although multiple 
  61.        copies can be installed on MANY machines at no additional cost 
  62.        by computer stores, retailers and VARS who FIRST pay the 
  63.        registration fee.

  65.        Are you registered if you "found" this tutorial already 
  66.        installed on your computer or purchased it from a computer club 
  67.        or shareware disk vendor or other retailer? Probably not. ONLY 
  68.        registered owners receive a printed registration with unique 
  69.        registration number and update diskettes. You can ONLY become a 
  70.        registered user by mail through the program's author. It is 
  71.        acceptable to copy and share PC-Learn with friends so that they
  72.        too can try before they register. But remember, only registered 
  73.        users receive the bonus disks, registration certificate and 
  74.        latest updates to PC-Learn on disk.
