  1. Explanation of the INSTALL command. 
  2. It is CONFIG.SYS.

  4. This command will load Memory-resident 
  5. programs when you start up your computer. 
  6. It can only be used with other MS-DOS 
  7. programs.

  10.        To insatll fastopen as memory-resident 
  11.        you would type the following into your
  12.        CONFIG.SYS file:
