  14.           This file, ORDER.FRM, provides information on registering 
  15.           (purchasing) BakupWiz. The order form is on page 4.
  16.  
  17.           We know you may need to print this file to place your order, so to 
  18.           keep waste down we've put most of the information about our 
  19.           products, how shareware works, upgrades, the license agreement, and 
  20.           so on -- everything except standard pricing and payment information 
  21.           -- into other files. Please look there for more details on anything 
  22.           not covered in this file.

  24.           You can order your copy of BakupWiz through your software dealer if 
  25.           you wish. Most large dealers have arranged to purchase BakupWiz 
  26.           from us on a special-order basis if it is not considered a stock 
  27.           item. If your dealer does not have such an arrangement, have them 
  28.           contact us for information.

  30.           You can print this file by COPYing it to your printer with the 
  31.           following command:

  35.           The file already contains form feeds and page footers, so 
  36.           attempting to print it with a program that formats the pages may 
  37.           not work. Page length has been set to 58 lines so the file will 
  38.           print properly on laser printers.

  49.           When you purchase a registered copy of BakupWiz (including a site 
  50.           license) directly from PCX, you are entitled to a lower cost 
  51.           upgrade to future releases of the product (the exact amount is 
  52.           determined at the time of each upgrade).

  64.           Shipping Charges:

  67.           There is no additional charge for standard shipping to the US and 
  68.           Canada. Orders to the US can be shipped UPS Blue Label for an 
  69.           additional $5 per order, and can be shipped COD for an additional 
  70.           $4 per order. If you use one of these services please mark it 
  71.           clearly on your order form!

  73.           Orders shipped outside the US and Canada require an additional 
  74.           shipping charge to cover the increased cost of shipping to these 
  75.           locations. The charge is $5 for each ordered item.

  77.           Contact us for shipping charges on orders for over five items.

  79.           Orders typically require 3 - 4 business days processing time before 
  80.           shipment, and may take more or less depending on our order backlog. 
  81.           US standard shipping is via UPS Ground or via First Class Mail 
  82.           where UPS delivery is impossible (PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO 
  83.           / FPO ad- dresses). Shipping outside the US is via Air Mail or TNT 
  84.           Mailfast. Shipping time varies from 1 business day for UPS Ground 
  85.           to Southern California, to 6 business days for UPS Ground to New 
  86.           England, to several weeks for countries outside the US where mail 
  87.           service is slow. Express shipping via UPS Red Label or Federal 
  88.           Express is available; contact us for rates.

  94.           All credit card charges will be authorized; your card is not 
  95.           charged until your order is being shipped. Personal checks may be 
  96.           subject to a bank clearance delay before shipment. All payments 
  97.           must be made in US funds and drawn on a US bank; see below for more 
  98.           details on international orders. There is a $10 charge for all 
  99.           returned checks.

  105.           For convenient phone ordering call us between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM 
  106.           western US time at (619) 259-9797, or transmit your order form to 
  107.           us by fax any time at (619) 481-6474. You can also order via 
  108.           CompuServe (Mail to 70216,174), or MCI Mail (421-9190). Please 
  109.           include all information on the order form with your electronic 
  110.           order, preferably in the same format. Telephone, fax, and 
  111.           electronic mail orders must be paid by credit card.

  125.           We are happy to accept orders from outside the US, but must require 
  126.           payment in the correct form to avoid the exorbitant fees charged by 
  127.           US and non-US banks for international check collections.

  130.                 exactly as it appears on the card, the full card number, and 
  131.                 the expiration date.

  133.           ===>  A check or money order IN US FUNDS AND DRAWN ON A US BANK. 
  134.                 Other checks must unfortunately be returned, resulting in 
  135.                 significant delay and in additional expense to you. Checks 
  136.                 from banks outside the US are acceptable if and only if they 
  137.                 are in US funds and have the name and location of a 
  138.                 correspondent US bank printed on the face of the check.

  150.           companies and government agencies. Our terms are Net 30 days. 
  151.           Orders under $100 must be prepaid. We require credit references 
  152.           from new company customers. Please contact us for information

  154.           reference sheet with your order.

  160.           Whether you are a major corporation, a small business, or an 
  161.           individ- ual with more than one computer, if you plan to use our 
  162.           products on multiple systems you can save money by ordering a 
  163.           multi-system license rather than individual copies. We offer a full 
  164.           licensing program for network, site, and corporate use, and 
  165.           bundling arrangements are available. See SITE-LIC.DOC for more
