  68.      DFE, Version 1.04.  This information applies to individual users who wish 
  69.      to pass copies out to friends and associates.

  89.      use of this software in violation of Copyright law or the terms of this 
  90.      limited license will be prosecuted to the best of our ability.  The

  106.      except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall 
  107.      result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  112.      Limited Distribution License:

  114.      As the copyright holder for DFE, Rimrock Software authorizes distribution 
  115.      by individuals only in accordance with the following restrictions. 
  116.  
  117.         (User Groups, Computer Clubs, Disk Vendors and Distributors, 
  118.         Subscription Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should refer to 
  119.         the VENDOR.DOC file for complete information relating to them.) 
  120.  
  121.         (BBS SYSOPs should refer to the SYSOP.DOC file for complete 
  122.         information relating to them.) 
  123.  
  124.      Individuals are hereby granted permission by Rimrock Software to copy the 
  125.      DFE archive distribution file for their own use (for evaluation purposes) 
  126.      or for other individuals to evaluate, ONLY when the following conditions 
  127.      are met.

  129.      The DFE package is defined as containing all the material listed in the 
  130.      PACKING.LST file.  If any files listed in PACKING.LST, or the PACKING.LST 
  131.      file itself, are missing, then the package is not complete and 
  132.      distribution is forbidden.  If there are files in the DFE package that 
  133.      are not listed in PACKING.LST, then the DFE package has been tampered 
  134.      with, and distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a 
  135.      complete package suitable for distribution. 
  136.  
  137.         o  The DFE package - including all related program files and 
  138.            documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way and must be 
  139.            distributed as a complete package, without exception.  The 
  140.            PACKING.LST file contains a list of all files that are part of the 
  141.            DFE package. 
  142.  
  143.         o  No price or other compensation may be charged for the DFE package.  
  144.            A distribution cost may be charged for the cost of the diskette, 
  145.            shipping and handling, as long as the total (per disk) does not 
  146.            exceed US$8.00 in the U.S. and Canada, or US$12.00 internationally.
  147.  
  148.         o  The DFE package CANNOT be sold as part of some other inclusive 
  149.            package.  Nor can it be included in any commercial software 
  150.            packaging offer, without a written agreement from Rimrock Software. 
  151.  
  152.         o  The PRINTED User's Guide may not be reproduced in whole or in part, 
  153.            using any means, without the written permission of Rimrock 
  154.            Software.  In other words, the disk-based documentation may not be 
  155.            distributed in PRINTED (hard copy) form. 
  156.  
  157.         o  The DFE package cannot be "rented" or "leased" to others.
  158.  
  159.  
  160.         o  Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, 
  161.            disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed 
  162.            program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such 
  163.            unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic 
  164.            termination of this license.

  166.         o  U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by 
  167.            the U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in 
  168.            this package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable 
  169.            to commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision 
  170.            (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software 
  171.            clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The Contractor/ 
  172.            manufacturer is Rimrock Software, PO Box 2406, Hayden, Idaho, 
  173.            83835.
