  5.    Type DCOPY from the DOS command line to start the program, press <F1>
  6.    for help.  All of the program documentation is on-line.

  8.       DCopy Plus is the result of many, many hours of work. It is not
  9.    Public domain software, but a Copyrighted ShareWare product.  You are
  10.    encouraged to distribute this program, unaltered, as long as there is
  11.    no charge made for the software (except for a nominal copying fee,
  12.    not to exceed $4).

  14.       You may use this product for a period of sixty days, free of charge.
  15.    If you like this program and continue to use it, you are encouraged to
  16.    register your copy for $15(US).  By doing so, you will be placed on
