  63.                        SITE LICENSE APPLICATION

  66. The use of ARC at multiple sites in a commercial environment or
  67. government organization is granted under the following terms:
  68.  
  69. 1.    Payment of the license fee must be made to System Enhancement
  70.       Associates, Inc..  The fee is based on the number of computers
  71.       which will be used to run ARC, as follows:
  72.  
  73.             1  to   9  machines     $35 per machine
  74.            10  to  24  machines     $25 per machine
  75.            25  to  49  machines     $20 per machine
  76.            over    50  machines     $15 per machine
  77.  
  78.            over 99 machines at one location   $1500.00 fee
  79.  
  80. 2.    You may make copies of the program and documentation, in their
  81.       original, unmodified form, without restriction.  You may
  82.       distribute these copies to all licensed machines within your
  83.       organization.
  84.  
  85. 3.    You may make copies of the program documentation, in both its
  86.       printed form and machine readable form, as needed for licensed
  87.       machines.
  88.  
  89. 4.    You may use all future versions of ARC under this license.
  90.  
  91.               ___5.    You may NOT modify the program or charge a fee for copying or
  92.       distributing the program or its documentation.
  93.  
  94. 6.    It is your responsibility to make the necessary copies and to
  95.       deliver them to the computers which they will be used on.
  96.       Additional ARC program disks and manuals can be obtained
  97.       directly from System Enhancement Associates.
  98.  
  99.                                  ________7.    We are not responsible for ANYTHING that may happen or not
  100.       happen if you use ARC.  You're on your own.
  101.  
  102.       WARRANTY OF TITLE.8.    WARRANTY OF TITLE. SEA owns all right, title and interest in the
  103.       copyright to the Licensed Program and has the right and authority
  104.       to grant the rights given in this License.
  105.  
  106.       LIMITED LIABILITY.9.    LIMITED LIABILITY.  SEA's total, cumulative liability in the
  107.       event of the breach of any warranty under this Agreement,
  108.       including the warranty of title, shall not in any event exceed
  109.       the total license fees paid to SEA hereunder.  In no event shall
  110.       SEA be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
