- WWType v.1.0
- ────────────
-
- -Shareware by Platypus Programming-

-
- ─────────────────
- BRIEF DESCRIPTION
- ─────────────────
-
- WWType is a "replacement" for the DOS TYPE command that
- will display WWIV's internal color codes (heart codes).
-
- ─────────────────────
- Practical Application
- ─────────────────────
-
- Many of us use the popular Shareware program The Draw to
- make our nice ANSI menus and such. But, The Draw doesn't
- internally support WWIV's proprietary color-scheme. That means
- saving the completed The Draw screen in ASCII and then using a
- text editor to modify the colors, manually adding the hearts and
- the numbers.
-
- This works fine, except how do you see it? Often you
- have to load up the BBS and either shell from the WFC or do the
- //DOS thing while you're logged on. WWType takes care of that
- by letting you look at your WWIV creations from DOS in full
- color AND CENTERING!
-
- ─────────────────
- How to use WWType
- ─────────────────
-
- WWType is REAL simple! Just type
-
- WWTYPE filename.ext
-
- at the DOS command line and you will see your WWIV-Ansi file
- displayed in full color!
-

- Registration
- ────────────
-
- WWType costs only $2. Please support the shareware
- concept by evaluating the program for 30 days. If you like it
- and plan to continue using it, fill out the REGISTER.TXT form
- and send in your check. If you don't like it or don't plan to
- continue using it, please discontinue its use. Either way,
- pass the shareware package (see README.1st) to friends and feel
- free to post it for downloading on your BBS
-
- WWType is a fully functional program, but you will
- recieve a registered version without shareware/registration
- reminders.
-
- Again, please read the REGISTER.TXT file for details on
- the program registration, and how to save some dough on other
- Platypus Programs.
