  9.                ~a        Insert standard signature file.
  10.                ~A        Insert alternate signature file.
  11.                ~e        Invoke editor on current message.
  12.                ~m item   Include body of message(s) defined by item,
  13.                          indented.
  14.                ~M item   Include message(s) define by item  with headers,
  15.                          indented.
  16.                ~f item   Include body of message(s) defined by item,
  17.                          unindented.
  18.                ~F item   Include message(s) define by item  with headers,
  19.                          unindented.
  20.                ~p        Print message entered so far using external
  21.                          pager.
  22.                ~P        Print message entered so far.
  23.                ~r file   Read in an arbitrary file.
  24.                ~s        Add new subject or replace existing subject with
  25.                subject   "subject"
  26.                ~v        Alias for ~e command (for compatibility with
  27.                          UNIX sendmail).
  28.                ~?        Display this mail subcommand list.
  29.                ~|cmd     Filter message entered so far through "cmd"
