  3. This is a little variation on Ralph LoBianco's PPL file to allow
  4. users to update their own USER records if you have the new Address
  5. TPA installed.

  7. This modification allows your users to update their information at
  8. any time, whenever it suits them, so you can just leave it sitting
  9. around in case anyone needs it.
  10.  
  11. The main reason for modifying Ralph's program is to allow for
  12. Canadian Provinces and Postal Codes, as well as the provision for
  13. different Language display files.
