  5.          If you are upgrading from version 4.00-5.32 to version 6.00
  6.          then remember that you must run  the CONVERT.EXE program in 
  7.          order to update your UPCHECK.CFG file  for use with the new
  8.          version.   Besides setting some of the new options, all you 
  9.          have to do is copy the contents  of the archive over top of 
  10.          the old files and run the conversion program.  
  11.          
  12.          If you are upgrading from version 3.11, then you will have
  13.          to delete your configuration before proceeding.
